Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the NotePass mobile application ("the App") operated by IV Digital LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intended Use

NotePass is provided as a personal, secure, offline-first storage utility for notes and passwords. It is designed to encrypt your data locally on your device.

2. No Data Recovery / Risk of Loss

You are solely responsible for remembering your PIN and managing your backups.

Because NotePass is a strictly offline application with zero cloud synchronization:

• We do not possess your PIN, Master Encryption Key (MEK), or any of your vault data.
• We cannot reset your PIN, recover your data, or unlock your vault if you forget your credentials.
• If you lose your device, uninstall the App without exporting a backup, or forget your PIN, your data will be permanently inaccessible. IV Digital LLC is not liable for any data loss.

3. Purchases

NotePass is ad-free and offers a one-time In-App Purchase, "NotePass Pro," which unlocks unlimited notes and passwords.

• This transaction is processed directly through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Any issues regarding billing, refunds, or payment processing are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. IV Digital LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that the App will be completely free of vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs. You acknowledge that you use the App and rely on its security features at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IV Digital LLC or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of personal or business data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
