IV Digital LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the NotePass mobile application ("the App").

1. Core Privacy Principle: Zero Cloud Sync

NotePass is designed as an offline-first, privacy-centric application. We do not collect, store, or have access to your vault data.

• All notes, passwords, and user-generated content are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption.
• Your Master Encryption Key (MEK) and PIN hash are stored securely in your device's native keychain/keystore.
• We do not operate any cloud synchronization servers, nor do we employ telemetry, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs that harvest your data.

2. In-App Purchases

NotePass is free to use and displays no advertisements. The only third-party interaction is optional in-app purchasing:

• NotePass Pro: A one-time, optional purchase unlocks unlimited notes and passwords. The transaction is processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment details — we only receive an anonymous receipt token to verify the purchase and unlock the feature.
• No advertising or analytics: NotePass contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics, and no crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not use advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA.

3. Device Permissions

To function properly, NotePass may request the following on-device permissions. This data never leaves your device unless manually initiated by you:

• Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint): Used solely for local authentication to unlock your vault. NotePass only receives a success/failure signal from your device's operating system.
• Storage / File Access: Requested only when you explicitly choose to export or import a .notepass encrypted backup file to or from your device's file system.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and publishing the revised version on our website.
